Here’s how to work with me:
The Gut Lab Precision Pathway
A hybrid gut-healing program featuring private support throughout the entire program, tailored to provide guidance to help you restore your gut terrain.
Great for women, moms whose children need support, and breastfeeding dyads who want science-based guidance without going it alone—perfect if you’ve tried other approaches without lasting results.
Begin with a signature, private 1:1 intake to customize your path, followed by biweekly live group coaching, a supportive community, pre‑recorded lessons at your own pace, customized recommendations to help guide you towards achieving your goals.
Includes cutting-edge, non-diagnostic testing (microbiome sequencing, hair mineral tissue analysis, or HTMA, and food journal analysis).
In addition to bi-weekly live group coaching and a supportive online community, this package comes with monthly private sessions and direct messenger access to me as well.
I work primarily with women and children who are stuck in symptom cycles, things like digestive issues, inconsistent stooling, overly loose stools or not stooling for days, food reactions, fatigue, hormone imbalances, mood swings, or immune concerns. Most of my clients have already tried the basics (cutting gluten, taking probiotics, etc.) and are looking for deeper, more personalized support.
Both. I have experience working with infants, toddlers, and older kids, including in tricky cases involving digestion, food reactions, or immune issues. Babies aren’t just tiny adults; they require a totally different lens.
Most clients are dealing with digestive concerns and problematic stooling patterns, mood swings and high stress, fatigue, food reactions, and/or hormone imbalances. If your gut isn’t functioning well, it’s often the root of all of the above.
A lot of people also come in with hidden mold or other concerning environmental exposures, liver congestion, autoimmune or histamine activity, hormonal imbalances (including high stress, blood sugar dysregulation, thyroid concerns, and perimenopause), as well as many other dynamics that we explore through our work.
Yes. And many of my clients come to me after working with several other providers who couldn’t quite get to the root or fully put the pieces together for them, or come up with a customized-enough plan to address very individualized needs. If you’re still feeling off, even after trying “all the things,” there’s likely something deeper going on that you haven’t uncovered yet.
Absolutely, I can help if you are breastfeeding, and in fact, I even encourage it! Working with breastfeeding moms is one of my favorite things to do. I am currently receiving specialized training in supporting microbiome restoration and nutrition in mom-baby dyads through the Microbiome Restoration Center's Natural Early Life Certification mentorship program, and build customized protocols accordingly. I also work in conjunction with your and baby's providers to ensure any recommendations I make are safe and appropriate.
I don’t use templates, fads, or guesswork. My work is grounded in science. I invest a lot in training programs and keeping on top of the field (I am pursuing a doctoral degree, and have also participated in several clinical mentorship programs while directing Scientific and Clinical Education for the School of Applied Functional Medicine; I'm always working towards some certification or other continuing education endeavor!). I have achieved the Applied Functional Medicine Certification that required over 650 educational hours, have completed over 100 hours of microbiome training across several programs, and regularly engage in continuing education around other topics like mental health, hormonal balancing, immune health, and more.
I combine advanced functional assessments (like microbiome sequencing and HTMA) with a terrain-based approach that looks at how the entire body system is functioning in context, not just relying on symptom reporting alone. I’m also one of the very few practitioners globally certified in microbiome restoration and trained to work with breastfeeding dyads and infants.
