Hi, I’m Amy Spindel, MSHN, MSSW, BCHN, AFMC,
your guide through the Begin & Blossom program.
I’m a masters level functional holistic nutritionist, and
former clinical social worker and pastry chef, with
Board Certification in both Holistic Nutrition and
Applied Functional Medicine, additional credentialing as a
Certified Microbiome Analyst,
Gluten-Free Practitioner, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis specialist,
and more, and have also mentored with gut, microbiome, and
functional medicine leaders such as Dr. Jason Hawrelak, Dr. Liz Lipski,
and Tracy Harrison. I have written and taught numerous courses on
functional medicine, nutrition, gut health, and hormones, and
