You were my first step in getting healthy, and I lean upon the things I learned from you; to eat right, to keep moving, and to stay positive. It is a life style change. Over the last 18 months, I have been eating proteins and veggies, no sugar, building up exercise – and I’m down almost 70 lbs. Starting dance lessons with my husband next week. Feeling good. I have a life now. More energy and the way I feel about myself, I enjoy going and doing. My gut and bowel movements are good, and my sleep is now normal. Thank you for all you taught me.  PS, my blood work is right on.
